Kxware team has independently developed the SECS/GEM, GEM300 and Interface-A SDK (Software Development Kits) based on .NET technology, which support multiple operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Semiconductor equipment with the Kxware software libraries installed are already running stably in many major Fabs, including: SMNC, FULLSEMI, CXMT, ZINGSEMI, YMTC, Wuxi HuaHong, Xiamen Silan Microelectronics, SMIC Shaoxing, CQSIMIC, Guangzhou CANSEMI, and Guangzhou Wingtech, etc.
