Hardware Library
To facilitate rapid hardware integration for semiconductor equipment control software, KTM control framework provides built-in hardware libraries commonly used in semiconductor industry (developed using .NET). These libraries play a crucial role in KTM, bridging the gap between hardware and software.
- Implementation of action calls from upper business logic layer
- Implementation of hardware action via the hardware communication
The following is a list of hardware libraries developed based on KTM. No code development is required. These libraries can be used directly after configuration using the Tool Builder application. The list of supported hardware is continuously expanding.

If you are a hardware manufacturer and would like your hardware to be added to the KTM supported hardware list, please contact support@kxware.com to talk with our technical staff. After evaluation and approval, we will implement a control library for your hardware free of charge. After the hardware passes testing, we will add the hardware driver as a library to the next official release of KTM.
