Pandora Box

Pandora Box is a hardware product that enables common hardware controllers (such as various types of PLC controllers, Modbus devices, etc.) to quickly implement SECS/GEM communication interfaces through configuration. Pandora software is developed using the Linux ARM platform + .NET 8. Customers can either purchase a mini PC provided by our company to run the Pandora software, or prepare their own mini PC to run the Pandora software system.

  • Mini PC is small in size, weighing less than 300 grams, and easy to install.
  • Comes pre-installed with a Linux operating system and KXPandora software.
  • No coding is required; PLC variables are mapped to SECS/GEM Variable/Event/Alarm via configuration.
  • Complies with SEMI E5/E30/E37 standards and supports all SEMI E30 GEM functions.
  • Supports creation of multiple SECS/GEM instances in same process.
  • Each instance supports multiple HSMS ports.
  • Supports remote EC writing to the PLC.
  • Built-in Recipe file management for remote operation (automatic processing of SECS Stream 7 messages).
  • Supports exporting SEMI E172 SEDD files.
  • Unlimited trace, SV/DV/EC definitions, and report definitions.
  • Supports various PLC communication protocols, including Modbus, Beckhoff ADS, Mitsubishi Melsec, Siemens S7, etc.
  • Allows customers to write own C# libraries to implement custom connectors.
